Where We Ship We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.
Processing Time
  • All orders are handmade and typically processed within 2-3 business days.
  • During busy seasonal periods (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s), please allow for additional processing time. You’ll always receive notification if your order may be delayed.
Shipping Options & Rates
  • Orders under 5kg: £3.60 (48-hour tracked delivery)
  • Orders over 5kg: £4.90 (tracked)
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery Estimates
  • Standard delivery: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote locations may require extra delivery time.
Local Pickup We do not offer local pickup at this time.
Missing or Delayed Orders If you have not received your order within 7 business days after you receive your dispatch notification, please contact us at ClarkyCandles@outlook.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it is lost, contact us immediately with your order number and, if possible, photos of the damaged packaging or products.
